Layers Project: Instead of having a 3D project, the idea was to use layers to make a painting. This was accomplished using 3 separate layers and traditional Japanese printmaking techniques.
Lantern Project: After changing the initial plan for this project,, I decided to make a 3 walled lantern with detailed patterns. It is made out of 1/8 inch plywood and uses printer paper to diffuse the light of the LED candle.
Altered Toys Project: The idea for this project was to create a Pez dispenser for pills. Instead of needing easily dispensed candy, I have grown up for the need of dietary pills due to my gluten intolerance. This piece is made using a 3D printer and clay. It has a bread loaf on top, fits 6 pills, and is fully functional.
