For this project I was really inspired by a bunch of sunset rowing pics my friends reminded me of. I decided to do a normal 5″ cube box shape, but each side of the box has two layers to try to add a little more depth to each scene. I’m using colored LEDs for the lighting inside because I like the idea of having sunset colors or just daytime blue in the sky and reflected in the water. I had a lot of trouble deciding what to draw for the top so I just went for a water ripples design.

First cuts… going to back each side with acrylic, might spray paint the back of the acrylic white to hide the ugliness of the LEDs on the inside

I need to glue the pieces together and flatten them a little more and fix the positioning of the LEDs but this is essentially it. Sorry the video quality is terrible.
