The only paper I had on hand to see the layers with was rainbow construction paper, but I honestly think it looks cooler with the crazy colors. The small cutouts actually got blown away by the fan system in the laser cutter, and so I would probably need to stick the paper onto a piece of cardboard next time to make sure all the pieces can be collected to add to the finished piece. My question to anyone looking at this is if I should play around with this colored construction paper as the material or to make it black and white?

I think that either the color or black and white will look sick! if you are looking for a suggestion, you could try a single-color gradient!
the color looks awesome!
Hi Amanda! I appreciate how many colors you incorporated into the piece and think it works well to bring out the details of your design! I think it would be interesting to see a black and white version to go with the colored piece.
Hi Amanda! I appreciate that you still used a black and white layer in your colored version of this piece, I feel like it keeps the contrast of colors from becoming overwhelming. Are you still thinking of changing the overall outer shape of the peace, and to what if you are? I really love the colors with this design I can’t quite figure out why, I think the suggestion to try a gradient could be interesting to see!
Hello, I apricate the crazy color in this piece, I think it is super cool. In my opinion, you could do something interesting with the black border, I am interested to see what you can come up with.
