Drawing 2: I drew my dog Maggie for my raster engrave drawing. She unfortunately passed away at the beginning of covid, so I am hoping the create a piece with her that I can give to my mum.

I used different colours so that when it’s cut I can use different levels of power to create shading. I’m not sure how well this will work, but if it doesn’t I can remove the different colours and have it be one shade.

Drawing 3: It was interesting to use the code when drawing. I like having control over my artwork so it got a bit tedious when I wanted a small part to change but then the whole piece would. After spending a bit of time with it, though, I got the hang of it and created a piece that I like.
