Subtractive – Living Room
For my subtractive post, I took a picture of a family watching TV and took out the TV to show how empty a typical living room would look without a TV to tie everyone together. I did this because of how I used to spend time with my family watching TV and did this to show that our bonding in their would be nothing without all of us enjoying the entertainment of it together.

Hi everyone,
My name is Ryan Cirella and I’m a freshman computer science major. I’m from Connecticut and have lived near the beach my whole life. I love water sports, playing video games, and reviewing music.
I watched a lot of Cartoon Network and Nickelodeon as a child and, because of this, have taken an interest in animation. In seventh grade, I published a short animation to YouTube.
Since then I have also taken up an interest in building robots and joined the robotics team in high school. Our robot made it to the 2017 Vex world championships.
I made my low-res icon of me watching Cartoon Network as a child. I did this because of the influence watching cartoons has had on me and how it has brought me to the current interests and place I am in life.
