Why did you do this to yourself!!! This is really amazing and the amount of time you put into this makes me appreciate it even more. You were really able to capture a lot of the more important details like the mountain and clouds rather than the desert section leading up. I really like how the desert is more simple with larger shapes and less color shades while the mountain has no rock left unturned.
Wow I really love this post. Your detail is unreal and it took me a few minutes to process everything in the photo. I really like how you went into so much detail, but that said I also found it distracting. I would of not done as much shading in the clouds so the viewer could focus their eye more on the mountain.
The detail in this piece is amazing! The mountain has so many little colors and shapes that add so much to the piece and make it look great. The clouds also came out really cool as well. I feel it can be hard to recreate things like clouds especially as vector art because of all the detail that goes into each bit but you were spot on with it.
I personally love the work you did with the sky. The sky is “where the light comes from” so it can often be difficult to work shadows on such an area. Very nice job with the various shades of white blue and grey when creating the sky. Fantastic work!
