Bikes are always accompanied by riders, at least when they are moving. So I thought it would be an interesting experiment to remove the subject/rider from the photo and leave this to the viewers imagination. The sunset was fairly easy to create behind the rider but rebuilding the bike behind the leg of the rider was a challenge.

I really like that way you restored the seat, that part was covered by the rider and (i think?) you just kinda drew the whole shape without any reference. It turned out really nice
This is one of my favorite posts for this assignment. The clouds, ocean, and bike look totally natural without the biker. Great work and great statement, very interesting to look at.
It must have been pretty difficult to recreate the parts of the bike that are almost completely covered by the bicyclist! Nice work!
I feel like removing the person from the picture puts much more focus on the background since it no longer obstructs it. The clouds also look completely natural and look like no edits were done to them.
Removing the rider, for me, removes a lot of motion from the image. Somehow, what started as a biking stunt takes on a much more serene feel with the bike suspended, framed by a sunset and calm waves. It’s a cool effect.
