My self portrait collage is mainly based off of one of my senior pictures. In the background of my body there are 4 main photos, 3 of which are photos that I had taken on my phone. These four places represent some of my most memorable and/or aspired places in the universe. I love camping, I love the beach, Niagara Falls is one of my favorite tourist sites, and as anyone would, I would like to one day visit Mars. The rest of the small images in my body are logos that best describe my interests and what makes me who I am. I purposely kept my body faintly in the background and the right side of my face uncovered to get the feeling of myself emerging from all of these things. My favorite part is that the longer you look at it, the more there is to see and it serves as a great representation of who I am and where I come from.
The only source I felt was necessary was for the picture of Mars. All of the others are either taken by me or are logos that can be found anywhere on the internet.

I like how much you have going on with the different photos and you managed to blend them together very well.
I think your last comment really sums up the collage as a whole; the more you look, the more you see. Each time I scroll back up to look at one thing, one or two other things catch my eye, without anyone thing really standing out too much. I like that you kept your one eye free, to show that there still is a person underneath all the logos and pictures.
The fade effect on your face from left to right was really great at showing the transition from the collage to the original picture. As well as this, the objects blend really well with the background to make them stand out.
I really like what you did here, but I am not sure why you kept part of your face and not all of it. I like how you use a gradient to fade the face in, but maybe keep all of your face, so it is not as distracting.
Represent: Golden Double Stuffed Oreos. Nice job with the fading, and I like your gradient background.
I like the way the gradient in the background creates a shadow and your color choice create a lot of contrast.
