For my collage, I wanted to keep elements of me in this picture which is why I kept my hair and neck visible. I tried to create a point of symmetry with my face. I replaced my face with TV static because, in the past, I watched a large amount of TV. My shirt masks some of the shows I used to watch all the time. My eyes are vector art on top of the static. My cat and dog are also balanced with one on each side of me. The background is meant to feel distant and disconnected from the rest of the image as it is a sunset of the beach I grew up on. It is the element of the picture that is unrelated to all of the others as I usually went there when I would leave all of the other elements at home.

I think that the piece would overall look better if the cartoons appeared to be more a part of the shirt instead of being pasted on top of it.
I like the design of the shirt and using the old cartoons to make it. It reminds me of Hawaiian shirts. I do think it could be improved by doing a double exposure with the shirt design you made and the original shirt.
