Here’s my first pass at creating the dog pound breakout scene I described in my last post. It’s definitely not perfect and going forward, I look to smooth out the paper on the clipboard, refine the shoe, and redefine the bite taken out of the bowl in the cage. Additionally, I’m looking to put more appropriate textures on the objects, instead of just basic colors.

Here is the Bathroom scene with all of the main mystery objects involved in the investigation.

Workshop Scene

Mysterious Post 2- Jordan Stahl
So for this project I really struggled with maya. I find it really hard to do Maya on a macbook air and all my files deleted, including my backups…therefore I was only able to do a alley way and an outline of a knife. I tried to extrude the knife but it was not letting me, so I will work on it in class Monday. Maya has been giving me trouble on my laptop.
- I want to add bricks on the angled walls and back wall. Will ask professor how to do in class.

items to make:
- background: alley way
- body
- two gun shots and powder around them
- bloody hand
- tan line on hand
- bloody knife
- wallet
- phone
- conceal carry permit

Mysterious Object 2 Renders
The organic shapes of the dolls were new for me, but I’m happy with how the models turned out. The posing was a little difficult. I haven’t used NURBS before, so I tried experimenting with those on the curtains, the pot, and the spools of thread. Lighting and render settings continue to confound me. The book text is a little small, but they read: Stitching, Soul Binding, and Human Transmutation. Enjoy
