  1. In your animal pattern, the bright orange of the butterflies really stands out on the blue background and makes them pop out as the main focus of the pattern.

  2. I really like the mixing of blockiness and more organic shapes in the vegetable pattern that I think creates a nice mix of shapes that helps to make the pattern more interesting.

  3. The patterns of the monarch butterflies is very strong because of the choice of color for the background. The orange and blue have a lot of contrast which makes the piece very visually appealing. The dark branches/twigs also tie in with the patterns that are found within the butterfly itself!

  4. I love the randomness and geometric style of the vegetable pattern. It makes it feel like a maze and the rotated squares can come together and make some pretty sweet depth illusions. The middle is a great example of this.
